Question After installing Demo problem

I downloaded Hoster Demo on my friends (Larry Lankster) computer while I was working on it for him, so he could get a glimpse at what's coming. His version of Hoster is 3.321 and it works fine now for running a show but he can't import any new tracks. When trying he gets the following.

Error processing file:
C:\MTU\Hoster\bucket.mdb
Not a valid password. (3031)
Would like to see "Help". message"

I searched the forums for this issue and found some info but nothing I try works. For one, there isn't 2 bucket.mdb files on his computer. (only one - C:\Mtu\Hoster\ directory)

I tried uninstalling Hoster Demo but when I did I got a message that there is an older Demo version that must be uninstalled first. So I clicked OK to do that but there is only one demo version on his computer. After I did this Hoster 3.321 would not work at all. Some error like "Your version doesn't match your registration"

So I did a system restore to undo that action. Now he can use Hoster for show but still can't input any new discs. As an after thought I wondered if I made a copy of my bucket.mdb and put on his computer if that would fix the problem. (My version is 3.316 I think) He nor I want to upgrade until video is supported. Been waiting a long time. Also when I run the Demo version and then go back to 3.321 version I have to do a "Build Songs Database" again to use it. "WHY"

P.S.
His computer is not online either so I couldn't uninstall and re-install to see if that works. He has to get Comcast out to fix his internet connection issue.
Please help! I would like to resolve this issue w/o doing re-install.
