I have installed 4.06 finally and have developed a "hiccup" once in every 5-6 songs. I have had the same problem, but not as frequent as you. I actually started a thread http://forum.mtu.com/showthread.php?t=10663
It was happing to me once every two or three show. Ii is weird because everything stops and then picks back up where it left off. Stops just long enough to cause the singers to panic a little. Are you running an external drive? Is it formatted as FAT32 or NTFS?
