I can run show after I reset ( RESTART or STOP/PLAY ) the first song. ONLY FIRST SONG IN PLAYLIST will be out of sync if I do this restart procedure while the first song is playing. My big question is why does the restart of first song fix my sync issue, and then not have any problems for the rest of the show?

Like you, I always perform 1st song as a sound check / warm up, I guess most kJ's do.
I have never tried this ( RESTART or STOP/PLAY ) thing you do with 1st song, and yeh, that is a propper mystery
I will fire up my laptop as soon as poss' and have a go with the tip's you have suggested, i hope it works for me also, I will try it in 16bit also.
When you say 16bit, do you mean display 1 (laptop) or display 2 (laptop's TV's out), or all display's, please let me know ?
Do you have 64mb shared video memory also ?
