Before you become more overwhelmed, do this TEST. Find the files that have been giving you the problems - take just those songs & use Songerverter to convert them and put them in a separate folder (maybe name it "Test files"). Then import those files only into Hoster & then try to play them. This will give you a better idea of what you're working with.
P.S. I recommend converting to either mp3G or bin format prior to importing into Hoster. (MP3G is the most usable format that can be used by other programs, just in case you've been testing others also.)
