Hey James,
I just installed 4.05 on Test Machine #2 to use the second monitor (TV). I can double click on the Show Display, on the TV while a video is running and the lyrics stay in sync.
The warning in the manual must be directed at vista users. This means you should not double click on or move the Show Display when Hoster is running. Again there is no need to do this during a show. Just set it and forget it.
