DVD-Ram Matshita UJ-850s ata device. It works for everything else. He just purchased Hoster. But he will have to run the prior version, cause 4.4 keeps freezing. have you checked to see if the cd/dvd is able to read/write the disc, it happened to me when i downloaded the demo 4.4 version, my cd/dvd drive used to read, but when i downloaded the demo ,it wont read/write..
