That is a problem I've never had. In the Tools menu, there is a change that can be made if you are having problems with 4.04. I've also read several posts on the forum with various fixes for audio dropouts as well as something in the Manual about it. I'm afraid that's the best I can do.
I'm sure Jim or Dale will read this and be able to give you better advice.
