This is because they fix things and they go. A stable vesion of Hoster 3 (3.321) is always available.
Go to:
http://www.mtu.com/upgrades/hoster.htm
and note:
"Hoster 3.321a -
To install and run requires that you have bought Hoster 3.x or an upgrade AFTER May 30, 2006"
Versions before that could cause problems for the user. This is why thay are not available.
Why would anybody want to use an older version that may cause the problem?
