Possibly a corrupt dll or some other important file. Doing a restore on your computer to yesterday or before may or may not fix it.

Make sure your KMA's are backed up. As goonie stated 3.319 had a problem with loosing files (although if you've gone this long without a problem you may be safe)

Other than that the first thing I would do is contact support about getting a link to 3.321 or upgrading to 4.xx.
