Dale, that free .mdb viewer helped solve this problem also, because one of the columns is the "File Path". I had put my Songs in numerous folders within the Songs folder. So, when I compared the "BuildSongDBLog" that said I had 1,800+ Duplicate songs, I discovered that these songs appeared in 2 different folders. So, rather than have to check each song 1 by 1, I found that there are whole disks that I apparently imported a second time (having forgotten that I already did that stack) and put them in a different sub-folder. And since I did all my importing with my desktop and then transferred to the laptop, I had to use "Merge".
Problem solved

The mdb shows the folder that Hoster is using, so now I can go into the "other" folder & delete all the duplicates. This should helps others who also keep their songs in sub-folders.
