I review the Forums. MTUSUPPORT handles Support Tickets. We have been backed up with the release of 4.0x.
As you say, you have 2 Hoster RegCodes. You have installed one of them on 2 computers, and the other (....bce0 on CPU Name "Work HP") on 1 computer. The easiest thing to do is use the ....bce0 RegCode to install on your new/rebuilt computer.
I see you have installed 4.00 on the "music dell latitude d820" system. Is it installed and running? This is your UPGRADE RegCode, used to replace your ....cfb31 prior RegCode.
1. Installing an UPGRADE requires upgrading an EXISTING installation, and
2. Once it is installed over a RegCode, it is locked to upgrading that RegCode only.
Please tell me:
1. Which CPU Name ("toshiba #1 music computer" or "music dell latitude d820") failed or is no longer able to run Hoster, I can clear one of them.
2. Are you running with Hoster 4.00 now on one of your computers?
These facts will help me know how to clear your RegCode from the computer no longer in use. If all 3 computers are in use, you have one more computer you can install on.
A Hoster RegCode can install on 2 computers, but MTU can clear it from one or both to install again if needed.
Hoster 4.00 and higher have the ability for YOU to REMOVE it from a computer while ON-LINE over the Internet and YOU removal deletes that Registration Record for that computer, freeing that RegCode to install on a DIFFERENT (3rd) computer.
As stated above, the UPGRADE RegCode must be installed over a prior RegCode. We made a change just before releasing 4.03 that may affect how this works. I'll meet tomorrow with Engineering to discuss this.
However, if you can answer my questions above, I can help you get operation again.
