Jim, I really do appreciate what you are saying. I have been a loyal MTU customer since 1996 and I do agree that their Customer Support has been and still is Superior.
There are simply too many features that no longer work that did before to be able to use in a Show. The cost is a factor also because in this area many clubs have cancelled entertainment altogether several nights a week, so I don't have the income that I had to justify the expense. And the time needed to make everything work is excessive, especially for a married woman with a disabled husband. I need to be able to just do my job & come home - not spend countless hours trying to make things work!
Do you know - how long to I have to ask for a refund? Then I can upgrade once all the bugs have been worked out and 4.x works as good as 3.321.
