Similar problem...cd drive not showing in Hoster
I'm having a similar problem, but ONLY IN HOSTER does my cd drive not show up...all other programs access cd drive without problem. I've disabled autoplay, removed upper and lower filters, tried having upper and lower filters with no data in them, uninstalling and reinstalling Hoster. Problem arose, I believe, when I updated to 3.21a...something. Tech support has been helpful, even got them on the phone a number of times, but we still can't locate the problem.
Changes on computer since Hoster was able to access the cd drive has been the installation of itunes (since removed), removal of emusic, and removal of rhapsody.
In Hoster, there are no drives listed (it says NONE). I can type the cd drive in the window, but it reverts back to NONE when anything is clicked. Shame, as I've about 20 new cdg discs to install, hoping to use them for show Saturday (two days away)...
