Marklwood is correct Kay change does not change the tempo. It mat seem like it is because of the lower pitch, but the timing is exactly the same.
Tempo may or may not make it into 4.03. It depends on MTU getting all the bug corrections in to get everything available now to working without problems. My guess would be Tempo won't be in this one, but will be in the next one. All of the additional items supposed to be put in by 4.03 have had to be pushed back trying to get Hoster and Vista to play together nicely.
