MTU is dedicated to it's clients, us. In any situation, they will always be fair with their clients (us).

If your hard drive fails (let us pray it doesn't at a bad time) you should have the recovery discs and/or the Windows disk that came with your laptop.

Write down the name (computer name) of your Laptop somewhere and keep it in a safe place, with your passwords and stuff. When you builld your new version of Windows, name the computer exactly the same name. I did this the one time a hard drive got by me (failed) and Hoster installed without having to contact MTU support. I had Hoster installed on my show machine as well so both installs had been used.

I'd also write down the contact information you gave MTU (especially the emal address). This also has to be exactly the same.

You're in good hands with MTU.
