i'm sorry i dont really understand why would it be a diff. drive, all i did was replaced the 80gb hhd that came in with my laptop when i bough it, cloned it with 250gb and took the old drive out and put in the cloned drive, and i've been using it on my show laptop for awhile now and so far i havent had any problems, ( knocked on wood ).as a matter of fact i used it last night and no problems..

This is all beside the fact that you are running a very big security risk by not fixing the SP3 issue and may not be able to upgrade beyond that. Did you say one system still has SP1 on it? Did you try to go from SP1 to SP3 on that one and have it crash? If so that would be a major reason it did.[/

yeah i know, i just havent had time to work on it, busy working around the house doing an addition, thinking about moving overseas..but anyway,
the one that crashed had the sp2 in it and it's my back-up laptop, i also put in a cloned drive on that one before i replaced it with a new drive and did a clean windows re-installaton, the one that has the sp1 is my home pc, that's where i downloaded the hoster demo, and seems to be working fine, no problems, of course i havent tried all the new features in it.
