you should have went to
start, control panel and add/removed programs, but anyway , go to mtu support and submit a ticket and explained to them what you did, the only problem i can see was, when you first bought the hoster program you used your original email add, i think now you have to create another email add, i'm not sure if they or you can get the program using your original email add.if you still can ask you mate for the laptop and see if your mate will let you removed the program yourself
