Not saying it will work for everyone but find out if all the updates are installed correctly and not just on the PC.

Thanks. I had not run Belarc for a while. It came up with 5 I had to re-install and 6 that were not installed at all for Office 2007. This is really good advise and points out the falability of Microsoft's Update site.
