According to MTU you don't have to have WMP 11. That doesn't mean you can't use it. I told Laddie to not load it and go ahead and load SP3. What I say to one person is not necessarily for all. I wanted her to try it with SP3 but with WMP9 or 10. Then if that still worked ok then she can load WMP11 (which I hadn't told her yet).

She was doing a step by step reload to see if she could figure out where the problem came in.
