It was the availible choice in the upgrade to remove your current Hoster version to do a clean install option that is at fault here Not the customer that purchases a ligal copy and that allready has a full version install in there computer.
This could happen to anyone even to those of us how pay full fright for what they want.

I wasn't saying that the price was a problem. If you purchase an Upgrade then you have to have the previous version installed to install the upgrade. This is to protect MTU from the unscrupulous who would purchase an upgrade at a discount price and didn't have a previous version which qualified them for the upgrade. The installation file you download is the same but the way it acts is for upgrade and full version is different. Since it is the same file unfortunately it has both options there but the upgrade will not complete if you use the remove.
