Skybird that was Bryant you quoted....not me
Any way, you can study all the posts and think you know how to solve any problems that come up, decide it is time to load the new program and still come up with some problem that is brand new or one of the solutions that won't work on yours.
Computers these days are so diverse and we have so many optional ways we (the users) can change them that it is impossible to say that a program is going to install without problems on all computers. I worked at Lackland AFB in a technical school for a number of years before I retired. We had several thousand computers in the classrooms there. When we would set up a classroom all the computers were the same brand and model with exactly the same hardware configuration. Yet when we would loaded the software there would always be at least a couple that would give us problems and not install correctly. It was like they each took on a separate personality.
The only way you are going to know if you have a problem with it is to install it and see. At least MTU listened to us and included the earlier version so you can fall back and use that if something goes wrong. I have just finished a weekend of shows and both nights had to revert to 3.4 sometime during the night.
