The slowdown in 4.0 has been fixed. You have to understand there is a lot of new code in it that is not related to your problem. All they have had to do is fix some errors in the code for 4.0 which happens anytime you write new program parts. We also had to do some updating on our computers as well such as IE7 and SP3.
