1. Get All Of The Custom Updates (including Media Player) For Your Version Of Windows
2. Get The Latest Drivers And Firmware For Your Sound Card, Video Card & CD/DVD Burner (If Available)
3. Defrag Your Hard Drives
4. Check The Manual
5. DON"T PANIC! Stay Calm, It Helps The Thinking Process
