None of those programs have "Upgrade" prices because they are only $49.00 each. There have been many advances made in all of those programs since your versions.
As far as the Plextor it should, however Plextor no longer states any of their drives are CDG compatible. You will just have to try it and see as I don't think anyone has said anything about the 800 in here either way.
