Check out the problems and solutions Thread in this Forum, especially the ASPI section. Since the software is working everywhere, you are facing an installation problem. The ASPI driver is the most likely. HP has stopped shipping the standard Adaptec software that provided the ASPI driver we required to communicate with the CDR drive.
