The KMA's are your songs don't delete them unless you don't want them.

I copied all my database to a temp file and then used the rebuild songlist. I had tried this earlier and the program couldn't find any files, so I tried this and it rebuilt the songbook and now it works, the original database file size is the same, so I wonder if it is safe to delete the temp file and the one on the other hard drive? What do you think?

The database (songs.mdb) is what tells Hoster where your KMA's are located, if your KMA's have moved (and you indicate they did), the old songs.mdb file is useless and can be deleted.
