They are running a bit behind on the support tickets right now because they are trying to get 4.000 finished and ready for release. They should get you registration reset soon. And yes that was the information I was trying to get out of you.
There are many possible reasons for it not installing. Some would be Microsoft causes and not MTU's which would be much more complicated.
