Yes, I got the auto response. Yes, I checked the status. No, it was not replied to. I even tried to re-install periodically (couple times a day) to see if they reset but didn't respond. I did get a response a couple of hours ago. I guess I didn't make it clear that this is a NEW comp.(fried MB) The only thing I saved was the graphics card. It even got my drive controller along with the C: drive. The light and smoke made a good addition to my "show" I was doing testing out the new songs at home
