If you didn't get an email back after submitting the ticket then either your email setup or your ISPs setup is blocking MTU.
If you have the ticket number from the email you sent then you should be able to check the status and see if they have answered you.
If you have left messages on their phones they have not used telephone support or sales for over a year, so you won't get a response that way.
Have you tried re-installing since putting the ticket? It could be already fixed and you not know it if your email is blocked.
MTU has been very busy of late due to problems with a couple of Hoster releases (fixed in 3.321) and trying to get version 4.000 ready to go.
