This means you are having an I/O error with the input from the drive.
What Plextor drive do you have?
What operating system?
What version of Hoster did you upgrade from?

Two things to try.
Update your computer from Microsoft's Custom Update and make sure you have everything current.
Look at the Hoster Default CD/DVD drive information and see what firmware version (number after model) it shows for your Plextor drive. Then go to Plextor website and see if they have a firmware update for that drive with a higher number. If so download and install.
