Dale is correct. ALL web sites have a limited number of HTTP ports available at any given time.
Large operations such as Google, MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo, etc. have MULTIPLE CASCADED servers to increase the number of HTTP ports available at any instant in time.
MTU does not. We have a dedicated server to protect your privacy even more, and insure no other web sites are stealing our HTTP ports or server speed.
When many of you try to hit MTU.com at the same time, a bottleneck can happen. If and when it does, just try again later.
Also, if you have a software (ZoneAlarm, etc.) or hardware firewall, and you haven't given it instructions to allow the MTU registering program to pass through, the firewall WILL block connecting to MTU.com. That is the usual cause for this, albeit Dale is probably right-on about some Windows upgrades being made to the "tools" developers like MTU are forced to use.
