As ddouglass would tell you:
If you do not receive our email, create and submit a
Support Ticket (only MTU sees) and select
NEED DOWNLOAD. Include your full name, phone number, email address and "Hoster" product name so we can locate your record. Include that you did not receive the download email notification.
The upgrade is free as far as I know. The latest version (3.318) did not fix my problems. For work around see this topic/postings.

I am sure that MTU is working to correct this bug. I feel your frustration.
