It is possible that the KMA file got corrupted then and that is why it is repeating. I don't know.

This is great information! It is unclear which file (if indeed it is only one) in the Temp directory may be causing this. If you don't mind, please take a snapshot of your Temp directory (print screen, or whatever), to capture what is in there before you delete everything. If this works, then it is looking less and less like a "Full Disk" problem, and more and more like a "Corrupted File" problem. Thanks!
