Unhappy Hoster problem

Thanks Monolithent, I certaihnly will try anything at the moment, I'm reaching the desperate stage. Hoster was recommended by a fellow well respected KJ and after some research, quided by Hoster's recommendations, I purchased a new laptop and the Hoster program about 3 months ago and despite following the guidelines in the manual the system has continually failed to operate as I expected. Alas if all else fails, I may have to go to a competitor's product to get my business back on it's feet and obviously further expenditure.
