Sorry for moving....
I have moved & had to give up Verizon & then we got Verizon available in my new area so I changed back.
I have been a customer for many years, yet, I don't make contact until I have a problem. That's when I find out that my email is out of date. I am pretty sure I included my current email in the Log. I know the email I sent at first was mailed from my current email address.
This is the first thing I have rec'd acknowledging that I even contacted you.
Sorry for the sour grapes. I will verify & make sure that my email at the store is correct....Wayne
