Wayne, I checked and your Registration Records have already been cleared so you can install again.

I just spent 5 minutes trying to find your Ticket(s), with your AOL email you last bought with. There are none. I went to your Store Database record and found your PRIOR --world.com email and searched for that. It brought up a ticket dated October 17, 2007, which was answered on the 18th. Our Ticket system automatically sends out an email when an answer is done. This was sent to your verizon address.

What address do you want us to correspond to you with? You have THREE in our records.

We need one email. Please open the Ticket you created under your verizon email, or create a new one and tell us which email you will use with us.

It is impossible to reply to you when you use 3 different emails. You posted at 6:30PM after we had gone home, and we replied at 12:52PM the next day; that's 3:52 business hours after you posted. Please note that is excellent support.
