First let me say that Importing files from Hard Drive is probably the hardest thing for most people to understand. Read the section in the manual about it very carefully and thoroughly.

Not sure what this is saying. Are you sure this is the exact message?
The setup will depend on which format you choose. Those formats don't show on the screen until you click on a file in the window. For your Example below you should choose the one that says DiscID-Track - Artist - Title.

One thing I see if this is exactly how they are set up is there should be no space between DiskID and Track, just the dash so it should read BS9217-01. Also, what type of files are these (BIN, MP3+G, Zip)?

For one your "Entry Duplicates" means you have 2 files set up for the same BookID so Hoster doesn't include them in the DB. In the Hoster folder should be a log file that tells you which ones are duplicates. To fix those you will have to use the Merge KMAs instead of Rebuild. That will assign a different BookID to the duplicates.

If the Artist and Title columns or mixed up it is because you didn't use the right format because Hoster does not Look-up any information if it is all there in the filename.

When you check the box Remove Import, that means if the file has been successfully imported it is removed from the list in the window. That way you are not importing the same ones over and over. This is good. Creating separate folders for each brand is a good way to keep them separated to do a Batch import on each folder, then you are not dealing with so many at one time and can find the errors in a few instead of mass quantities.
