you must have the same email address when you first bought your hoster program
do you have all the custom updates?, if not you must install all the windows updates (custom updates i mean )if you still have the problem
go to support and click on knowledge base..you should be able to find an answer to your question..if not i think you need to submit a ticket and tell them exactly what your problem is
