need to reinstall
Hello!
I sent the first ticket last Wednesday and sent another one last Friday.
This is my first time so I'm not really sure what to do. Maybe I should've sent only one ticket and just be patient. I will wait till next week, hopefully they will respond. Thank you very much for responding, Dale!
