Right click on it and "Maximize" If that doesn't work I would download again and re-install. I would remove and install instead of update to make sure everything gets loaded new.
Also, you may need to make sure you have all the Microsoft upgrades by doing a Custom upgrade rather than using the auto update or Express Upgrade.
