Forgive me Ron, but the problem is you have not followed our directions at all. You are NOT receiving the emails our store or Support Ticket system are sending you. You just don't listen do you? I haven't changed my email. I am tired of asking for help and getting nasty replies instead, so are Caren Serio, Steve Smith and others. I have been in business for 30 yrs. and I always though that when more the one person compalins about the same thing it might be time to take a hard look at your business, they just might have a point.!!
No, forgive me, If you look at your records you will see that I have ordered and recieved products from you as recently as 6 mos. ago with the same email. you just don't listen!
And by the way, it is not my intension to make you look bad. You do that very well all by yourself. Just look at your response.
P.s. MTU has been on my approved list for years. How do you think I ordered vogone in the first place. ???
