It has never worked.... no fault of MTU. Lord only knows what gibberish it would report for this error.

Sorry Boss....I forgot Maybe a blurb in the manual about the help not working. That could be because Microsoft no longer supports Access 97 version so the removed the page. I wonder if there is some way to redirect that link to a location in the manual?
