Good luck on getting it by tonight. One MTU does not do email support as they get so much email (mostly spam) that those legit emails fall through the cracks, so to speak. And two this forum is used more for problems in operation that we users help each other with. Serious problems or those that we can't handle are submitted on a Support Ticket.
Go to the MTU website and submit a Support Ticket. Be sure to include in the ticket the user's email that he ordered the program under and request that they reset the registration, so that it can be re-installed. It may take 2-3 days for them to get to it as there is only one Support Tech.
