Dale is correct for every program except Hoster.
If you did not make a CDROM backup of your downloaded Installation program, then register and submit a Support Ticket. Make your request there, including your name, current email and email you bought with, and your installed version.
We only provide the latest release version. If you have a version prior to 3.300, you need to buy the upgrade
at this link ($39.99). This will give you a new download link to get Version 3.316.
Either order the CDROM from us ($12 including postal costs), or burn the installation file you download to a CDROM yourself. You NEED to have a CDROM backup for exactly this reason.
