Since George's suggestion to Merge the files worked, that leads to the question were they ever all found in the Songs Database, or had you been importing with both Hoster and Hoster Lite, then moved the "lite" files to the main Hoster system? If you did import this way, did you pay attention to what the BookID was being assigned on both systems? If you didn't change one to be a higher number, the you have/had two sets of KMA's that started at BookID 1... meaning when you did a Build Songs Datbase, only ONE set (the one already on the Hoster system probably) would be added, and the duplicate BookID's would NOT be imported. The Merge KMA Files command is empowered to renumber any BookIDs found to be already in the Songs Database.
This "could" fully explain what happened.
Is this how you imported... and then moved the KMA's from the Lite system to the Hoster system?
