Denise, what version of Hoster are you running? It makes a difference.
I suspect the problem is your Tools menu, Build Songs Database list window (the large window in the screen middle) may not have all your folders listed in it where your KMA files are. Use Windows Explorer to search your hard drive (all of them) for *.kma files. Then, using the Add Folder button in the Build Songs Database screen to add each folder to the list.
As Lonman and Dale have pointed out, if you sold your Disc library but are using the imported KMA songs, you are operating illegally. If someone legal, or a competitor, ever discovered this (we don't tell
