Submitted Tickets
I don't know what the problem is, I log into my account and over the weekend I submitted three tickets but not of them are showing up. I am using the same e-mail adddress I have always used.
I am on the support page right now, submit ticket page, OK I think I see the problem, after you submit the ticket, there is another page where you then have to click submit ticket again, I thought those were just FAO's......it seems to be working now. My faught AS USUAL!!!
