The short answer is no.
The longer answer is that you can play video files from the video tab at the top of the playlist, but those files are not (at this time) integrated into the database
When you say "laser discs" I'm assuming you mean the old 12"(?) lasers that predated the CDG, and not refering to VCD, In which case the only way I know to get those to a computer is to use a video capture card (internal or external) and connect your laser player to it and play the song.The audio capture portion can probably be done with your current sound card since they usually can send audio in both directions.
Since this is a analog copy instead of digital you may have some degradation issues to deal with so I would use a better quality sound/video capture card to keep it to a minimum, and plan to spend some time tweaking the settings for volume, eq etc. before sitting down to copy all your stuff.
