Ok, I think I understand it now, but have one more little question.
The "Singers Display" you refer too is on the computer monitor or where when it works?
Describe your equipment physical hook-up/set-up as i am still fuzzy on this.
Have you tried importing them zipped instead of unzipping and importing?
