Try this method (below) and you should be able to find exactly where Vista put your songbook.rtf file. I would do step 4 also just so it looks under every rock.
As has been stated above, Vista does hide those files from you that it deems as program data files and assumes that you have to run the program to access them. The songbook file isn't one that requires Hoster to look at or print it, but apparently Vista thinks it is and so hides that folder.
